Brian is a mature white male around 5-6yrs old, he is castrated, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed
with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
Brian came to us as a stray after his owners were known to have done a bunk and left him behind over a year ago. Kind neighbours had been feeding him and another cat he lived with but he was living outside and, as a white boy, got some significant sun damage to his ears. He
needed help and we were pleased to be able to offer him a space and the surgery he needed to remove his ear pinnas to prevent any further
spread of the skin damage which had already occurred. He had bloods run which were all ok and also had a dentall with a couple of
extractions so now has a clean bill of health.
Brian is a real character, he is a friendly boy who loves to follow you around like a lap dog, wherever you are,he is there under your feet.He loves to sleep on the bed with you and if he can, snuggle under the covers, he is clearly making up for his time of being cold and wet on the streets.
He enjoys a fuss and is loving playing with a host of toys in his foster home which is lovely to see, he particularly enjoys a came of chasing string. Whilst he is a happy and content boy he does have a side to him that if he doesnt want to do something, like go into his cat box or be manhandled in a way he doesnt like he will forthright in letting you know so he really does need a cat experienced, adult home who can read his signs and handle him accordingly. Other than that he is the perfect companion.
Due to him already having suffered sun damage he really does need to be an indoor cat now, since being in foster he has shown no desire or
inclination to want to go back outside in any case. A home with a lovely catio would actually be ideal for him then he can have the best
of both worlds.
We know he has previously lived with another cat so could probably do so again, he isnt keen on dogs and any resident children would need to
be older and sensible.
He is clean with the litter tray and loves his wet food, he hasnt eaten dry food with us but does love a Dreamie or two as a treat.
Being fostered in Shepshed, Leics but can be rehomed further afield to the purfect home subject to home check and adoption donation of £100
