Coco is a (nearly) 5yr old chocolate cocker spaniel, she is now spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. She has also had a scale and polish on her teeth and a pea size mammory lump removed. Coco will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.

Coco came to us after arriving as a stray, we believe she has been kept tethered outside poor girl.

Coco is an absolute sweetheart, she is a typical spaniel who is on the go all the time, nose down and tail wagging. She is learning all about living in a home and is doing incredibly well give that she has only been with us a few weeks.

Her house training has improved massively but new owners need to be prepared to continue to work with this as the change of a new home could well set her back.

Coco walks beautifully on the lead and travels well in the car on a seatbelt harness, she of course LOVES her walks and will need a really active home who can provide her with the exercise she needs and take her on plenty of adventures.

Due to her background not being particularly pleasant she can be a little timid at first of new people but she soon warms to a kind hand and is food motivated so a treat helps to win her over.

Coco loves other dogs and she can happily live with another friendly neutered dog of similar energy levels. She couldnt be homed with cats or small furries but we are happy to consider homes with sensible , quieter, dog savvy children aged 7yrs and over. She is ok to be left for a few hours in the day but wouldnt suit a full time working home where she was left all day.

Coco will need a home with a safe and secure private garden to play in and we would prefer a more rural location for her, she isnt a city girl.

Being fostered in Swadlincote, Derbys but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and donation of £250.
