Cerys is an 18month old white and black female, she is spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated, FIV/FELV negative and has had a first vaccination so far. She will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
Cerys came to us heavily pregnant, she had been living in some woodland and this was already her 2nd litter. Sadly she was quite poorly soon after arrival and it was discovered she was carrying Panleukopenia, she ended up needing hospitalisation at our wonderful vets for 6 days where we gave her everything we could and she pulled through which was such a relief. The virus had affected her kittens causing them to have a condition called CH but we are pleased to say that Cerys is now well and thriving and its her turn to start to look for a forever home of her own.
Cerys is a dinky, sweet little cat who because of her rough start in life can be a little shy and nervous until she gets to know you so she needs a quieter home with experienced feline owners who can give her the time she needs to settle and to win her over slowly. She is a gentle girl that enjoys a fuss once she has bonded.
Cerys could possibly live with one other friendly laid back neutered male cat but is scared of dogs and wouldn't be suited to a home with small children but older quieter children aged 8yrs plus would be ok.
She can be a bit of a fussy eater but likes Felix As Good as It looks and LOVES fresh chicken, she is a good girl with the litter tray.
She will need a home WELL AWAY FROM ANY BUSY OR FAST ROADS and a village or more rural location would suit her best as she isnt used to loud or busy environments.
Being fostered in Swadlincote, Derbys but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and donation of £90
