Max and Maurice are father and son, they are around 2yrs (Max) and 7 months (Maurice), they are both castrated, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
The beautiful boys were living in a garden, Maurice was actually born there and
although they are very used to having humans around and feeding them
they are too scared to be over handled and will hiss, over time they will get used to you and come close. The lady feeding them could stroke Max once he trusted her and he used to come into her porch to be fed, Maurice is very calm and comes very close to you but they arent lap cats and therefore need a home in a lovely rural location where they can have somewhere nice and dry,
clean and warm to shelter, be fed daily and where there are people
that live on site such as a farm, smallholding or rural property with
maybe a summerhouse or similar. They arent true ferals that would
suit an unoccupied yard and an ideal scenario would be a home where, if they wanted to venture inside once a bond was built, they could. In return they will certainly help keep the rodents away.
Max and Maurice both have a clean bill of health from our vet, Max is
is a big lad at nearly 6kg and Maurice still has some growing to do too.
They are loving their food and enjoy their wet and dry food here, they
have been spotless with the litter tray too.
The boys can happily live with other neutered cats, they arent
fighters, they would keep out the way of dogs and children.
Being fostered in Swadlincote but we would bring them to you to settle
them safely into their holding area whilst they settled in with you so we can travel within around an hours distance away with them.
To help towards their vet work and fuel we would respectfully ask for
an absolute minimum donation of £30 per cat please (more if you can as it costs us over £100 per cat to get them ready for rehoming). Your property
will need to be well away from busy or fast roads so these cats can
stay safe.
If you have the right suitable location for this handsome pair then
please email us telling us all about your home offer (including full
address and contact details) to wonkypetsrescue@gmail.com
