Mr Tux is a 2yr old black and white male, he is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. He has a clean bill of health and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.
Mr Tux was living outside on the streets of Birmingham with zero shelter all through the winter, a kind lady was feeding him along with lots of other strays but he deserved so much more after being abandoned by his original irresponsible owners. We were happy to be able to help him along with some of his friends.
Mr Tux was understandably a little worried at first after what he had been through and didn't want to eat for a few days at first but he soon settled in and realised that having food on tap and a nice warm fluffy bed was pretty good.
He is a lovely lad who, once settled fully back into a home environment will continue to flourish, he showed that in his temporary foster home before being transported to us. He just needs someone to give him that chance and the loving home he has always deserved.
Mr Tux enjoys a fuss and actually has a gentle nature, once he bonds with you his true personality starts to shine.
He is good with other cats and wasn't particularly a fighter even when entire and on the streets, he is pen sharing here with another male cat that he already knows and with a little female and is absolutely fine with them, he can happily live with another neutered friendly cat in his new home. He would be best with slightly older, quieter children aged 6yrs plus and isnt keen on dogs but if it was a very quiet cat friendly canine he may be able to learn to tolerate.
Mr Tux is clean with the litter tray, he LOVES his food and eats really well, he is a particular fan of Dreamies.
He will need a home WELL AWAY FROM ANY BUSY OR FAST ROADS where he can go outside safely once fully settled in. Being fostered in Swadlincote, South Derbys but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and adoption donation of £100
