Opie and Jax are 4-5yr old black and white sisters, who are spayed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.

Opie and Jax originally came to us from the streets of Birmingham, scared but friendly cats. We rehomed them to a lovely home nearly 3yrs ago but sadly due their property being badly damaged by recent floods making it uninhabitable the girls have needed to return to us sadly under our lifetime of backup. As it could be a very long time before their home will be able to be lived in again and due to them finding being in the cattery stressful we have promised to try and find them a new home where they can settle.

Opie and Jax are very shy cats and it took them several months to find their feet in their old home but time and patience saw the girls confidence grow, particularly with the female of the household, they seem to be more relaxed in the company of a lady and were very affectionate with her.  What they definitely need is another quiet and patient home who will give these girls the time they need to get over their ordeal of the upheaval they had.

They are lovely natured girls who dont have a bad bone in them, they are just scared.  They really enjoy their food and eat mainly Whiskas in jelly and IAMs dry food, they love their igloo beds which can come with them to their new home to help settle them in.  They are good with the litter tray but have been used to going outside in their old home which was in a lovely rural location, this type of environment would once again be perfect for these beauties.

They can happily live with other friendly, neutered cats, they would find dogs and small children too scary so any children in the home would have to be older and quieter.

They are looking for a more rural setting well away from any busy or fast roads so they can go outside safely eventually. Being fostered in Swadlincote, Derbys but can be rehomed further afield subject to homecheck and adoption donation of £125 for the pair.
