Henry is a 6yr old black male Great Dane, he is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and has a clean bill of health from the vet. he will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.

Henry was handed into us after his owners lost their home, he has been in the same family home since a puppy.

Henry is an absolutely super boy, he is a delight to have in the home, he is loving and sweet natured and loves a cuddle on the sofa. He is very well behaved, is non destructive and completely housetrained. He is used to be left for several hours and will just sleep the time away when you aren't there.

Henry loves to play and his favourite game is to fetch a ball, there is plenty of get up and go in this gorgeous lad.

Henry has lived with young children in his previous home and is gentle around them, we are happy to consider suitable family homes with children aged 5yrs and over who are used to large breed dogs. He is
too focused on cats to be able to share a home with them.

Henry is currently in foster with a mastiff female who he gets on great with, he could share his home with another placid spayed female dog or be the only dog in the home. His only real issue is his reactivity and over stimulation when he sees other dogs when out on a
walk, he was difficult to control using the harness he arrived with jumping around like a kangaroo and its probably something that perhaps hadn't been worked on with him but since being with us we have
introduced a Dogmatic headcollar and been doing some work with him, he is already showing marked improvement but a new home will need to be
strong enough and confident enough to continue with this training. (the headcollar will come with him)

He will benefit from a home that had a decent sized garden (or even better a bit of land) with access to more rural walks as walking around a busy park with lots of other dogs wouldn't be much fun for owner nor dog currently. He travels well in the car so taking him to
nice walking places isn't an issue.

Being fostered in Evesham, Worcs but can be rehomed further afield to the right home subject to homecheck and adoption donation of £200
